Requirements:

  • Experience in the position of HR Business Partner/People Partner/HR Generalist — at least 3 years in a systemic IT company
  • Deep understanding of the full HR cycle and ability to work in a business context
  • Knowledge of modern HR practices: performance review, wellbeing, talent management
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different levels within the company
  • Analytical thinking — you know how to “read” data — HR metrics, surveys, statistics — see trends, and propose practical actions based on this
  • Experience in developing training programs and organizing training sessions for employees
  • Proactivity, openness to change, and willingness to work in uncertain conditions
  • English level — no lower than Intermediate
  • Flexible schedule, provided that you work from the office 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an active part of the HR team: collaborate, initiate, support
  • Lead key HR processes: onboarding, 1:1, performance review, offboarding
  • Help shape policies related to team interaction and internal processes
  • Build trust, influence decisions, support teams and managers — with empathy and confidence
  • Maintain constant communication with the team through meetings, corporate news, updates
  • Advise managers on people-related issues: team dynamics, growth, risks, development

Would be a plus:

  • Experience or desire to use AI tools in daily HR work
