Requirements:
- Experience in the position of HR Business Partner/People Partner/HR Generalist — at least 3 years in a systemic IT company
- Deep understanding of the full HR cycle and ability to work in a business context
- Knowledge of modern HR practices: performance review, wellbeing, talent management
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different levels within the company
- Analytical thinking — you know how to “read” data — HR metrics, surveys, statistics — see trends, and propose practical actions based on this
- Experience in developing training programs and organizing training sessions for employees
- Proactivity, openness to change, and willingness to work in uncertain conditions
- English level — no lower than Intermediate
- Flexible schedule, provided that you work from the office 2-3 times a week.
Responsibilities:
- Be an active part of the HR team: collaborate, initiate, support
- Lead key HR processes: onboarding, 1:1, performance review, offboarding
- Help shape policies related to team interaction and internal processes
- Build trust, influence decisions, support teams and managers — with empathy and confidence
- Maintain constant communication with the team through meetings, corporate news, updates
- Advise managers on people-related issues: team dynamics, growth, risks, development
Would be a plus:
- Experience or desire to use AI tools in daily HR work
