Main responsibilities:
— Search and creation of databases of potential clients due to Ideal Customer Profile;
— Working with automation tools to generate databases and execute the outreach process;
— High-quality database management in CRM, registration of all customer information;
— Following market research and lead generation processes;
— Leads pre-qualification;
— Inbound/Outbound correspondence with customers;
— Sales Assistance activities including participation in negotiations with potential clients.
Required skills:
— 1+ years of successful Lead Generation experience in IT outsourcing/product company;
— Outstanding English writing skills (templates creation + advanced custom correspondence);
— Understanding of software development processes, IT outsourcing business, and game development industry;
— Analytical mindset and research skills, attention to detail.
Will be an advantage:
— Hubspot administration experience;
— Lead Generation on Enterprise level companies size;
— Relevant experience or background in the gaming industry;
— Experience with lead generation tools.
