— Experience in e-commerce is a must;
— Experience with Magento (1 and 2)is a must; experience with WordPress and Shopify is an excellent bonus;
— Ability to receive a task from a client and ensure directions for developers are CLEAR and all project specs are understood is a must.

— Experience in the role of Project Manager for at least 2 years;
— Skills in bug-tracker and task-tracker systems;
— Knowledge of project management standards;
— Fluent spoken and written English.

— Collect, coordinate and prioritize project requirements;
— Assign work to developers;
— Monitor developers’ work, as well as the timing and quality of tasks fulfilled within the project;
— Conduct basic QA throughout projects;
— Monitor compliance with the project being developed;
— Serve as the main point of daily contact for clients and be available to respond to requests promptly during US business hours;
— Document basic project information;
— Develop proposals for implementation of new technologies and proposals for the development of new competencies and manage the estimation process for new tasks/projects;
— Work with English-speaking customers and be available for calls including project kickoff calls, weekly status calls, etc.
— Monitor project budgets and manage client communication regarding additional budget needs.
— Manage all project Asana boards for proper use, organization and accuracy of project and task statuses.
