Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant experience in betting/gambling field;
• Experience supporting all stages of payment provider onboarding;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate business oriented English, both written and oral;
• Proactive, result-driven approach;
• Ability to work in a high-pressure fast-growing global company.

• Organised, attentive to details;
• Stress resilient;
• Good in communications, not afraid to push position.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day communications with payment providers regarding various subjects;
• Resolving issues and handling queries connected to operational activity;
• Analysing and determining most efficient solutions for a particular geo or payment method;
• Supporting all stages of PSP onboarding: from intro to going live;
• Planning in accordance to business inquiries and subsequent reporting;
• Collaborating with various departments: Business development, Finance, Product and Legal teams.
