A phenomenal opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join us as we continue to grow.

COO responsible for supporting the growth in revenue and profit ensuring delivery of projects, initiatives to achieve short-term financial results and long-term financial goals and to ensure effective and compliant operating practices within their areas of responsibilities.

Using your unparalleled leadership abilities you’ll guide your direct reports, the senior leadership team in hitting key milestones by providing the time, resources and support they need.

In short, you’ll be at the forefront of building a brilliant business which scales with the growth of the brand and allows PIN-UP Global to achieve its bold objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the operational and commercial activities of the company’s ecosystem;
  • Ensuring the achievement of all planned and economic indicators;
  • Participation in the planning, development and implementation of strategic goals and determining priority areas for the company’s development;
  • Development and control of the effective formation of all directions in PIN-UP ecosystem;
  • Optimization, regulation and implementation of necessary business processes;
  • Solving administrative, financial, legal and personnel issues together with other employees;
  • Assessment of risks and opportunities of the company in the project implementation;
  • Planning, implementation and control of the budget, cost optimization;
  • Planning the company’s growth by indicators: revenue, brand awareness, active players, CGR;
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns;
  • Market analysis and development of an improvement strategy;
  • Interaction with C-Level and top management of the company to achieve operational goals;
  • Managing a team of COOs in different regions and business areas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as COO or CEO for a big international company;
  • Perfect understanding of gambling industry in the different markets;
  • Knowledge of betting/gaming legal rules and guidelines;
  • A track record of success in managing a staff of over 5 employees;
  • Highly organized and commercial thinking;
  • Strong business acumen and negotiating skills;
  • Take action and lead in the face of complex challenges;
  • Leadership and business development skills;
  • Strong self-motivation, autonomy and passion for forward thinking, with a strong drive to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, risk taking and define alternatives in resolving issues;
  • Advanced English, Ukrainian.
