Job specific skills \ We require:

— 3+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing experience;
— Strong understanding of key metrics: CR, LTV, ARPU, ROI;
— Understanding of the A/B testing, TG/CG, Pareto/NBD, customer journey, customer lifecycle management;
— Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Experience with managing a team of about ten people;
— Hands-on in CRM activities through email, push-notifications (web, app), SMS, messengers (Viber, Telegram), outbound calls;
— Excellent communication skills, the ability to express your ideas clearly and effectively;
— A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to structure information;
— Experience in gambling, esports, betting;
— Understand general relationships of the product with other components of the system;
— Exceptionally creative mind, willingness to learn and go the extra mile;
— Positive mindset and a can-do attitude;
— Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Responsibilities:

— Responsibility for onboarding, nurturing, and retention marketing of the sportsbook segment;
— Visualization, measurement, analysis, improvement, control, and reorganization of the customer journey map;
— Communication and development of promotions for regional events and product updates;
— Development, approval, and optimization of new mechanics and loyalty programs;
— Organization of automated communication, development, and control of triggers and segmentation;
— Control over development processes, copyright, design, segmentation, and launch of promotional activities;
— Team development and mentoring;
— Drawing up and maintaining a plan for the development and integration of marketing tools;
— Organization of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting;
— Analysis of the market and competitors.
