We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Trainer in the area of Learning & Development, who will be able to take over the development of the internal employee training system and management of the relevant processes. Take the next step in your Learning & Development career with us!
Requirements:
— Certified coaching qualifications or specialized training;
— 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs for managers;
— Practical experience in team management;
— Relevant higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, psychology, or philology);
— Solid understanding of group dynamics and practical application of Kolb’s learning model;
— English proficiency at B1+ level;
— Knowledge of the latest L&D trends and experience working with LMS platforms.
Responsibilities:
— Training and development of line personnel and managers at various levels;
— Interaction with department heads and HR personnel to create competency maps for managers;
— Development, implementation, and quality monitoring of training programs for managers;
— Reporting on the implementation and effectiveness of training and development programs for managers at various levels;
— Seeking new methods and tools to improve the qualifications of managers.
