We are looking for a cool SMM!)

Requirements:

• 1-69 years of experience in SMM, preferably in casino projects;
• You can easily distinguish cringe from based;
• Level 69 meme-archivist;
• You’re up-to-date with all trends, allowing you to hype 24/7;
• Basic knowledge of graphic design: composition, typography, colors;
• Profound expertise in top-notch visuals;
• You know how to manage your time, focus, and prioritize based on business goals;
• You have moderate impostor syndrome, which helps you constantly analyze and improve your work;
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.

Will be a plus:

• Rap and breakdancing skills;
• Experience in iGaming;
• Skill in Figma.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing a content plan that aligns with the SMM strategy, ensuring consistency with overall marketing goals;
• Develop and manage content in adherence to the SMM strategy;
• Manage social media pages;
• Track and analyze our social media metrics, competitors’ data, and assess the effectiveness of ad campaigns and customer feedback to continuously improve efficiency;
• Collaborate closely with the team and other departments to create integrated and impactful cross-channel marketing campaigns;
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the gambling and betting industry;
• Prepare detailed reports;
• Achieve target KPIs;
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by demonstrating respect, empathy, and open communication;
• Be prepared for team parties at a moment’s notice.
