Junior Product Growth Manager

Our holding is represented in seven countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta). The headquarters of the holding is located in Cyprus.

We are looking for a Junior Product Growth Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Experience in the position of Product Manager, Growth Product Manager;
  • Experience of work with product funnels;
  • Experience with web, mobile products;
  • Multifunctional work with different stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of digital product development processes;
  • Knowing of A/B-testing;
  • Product research;
  • Experience in depth user interviews;
  • Knowledge of creating and working with the hypothesis;
  • Data analysis and interpretation. Ability to analyze data;
  • Experience with users research: NPS, CES & CSAT, other;
  • Knowing of analytics system: GA4, Tableau, Firebase + Firebase Analytics, Flurry, Amplitude, Mixpanel;
  • Mobile A/B testing: Apptimize, Firebase Remote Config, other;
  • Understanding: OneSignal, Firebase Cloud Messaging;
  • English B2+.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate and Formulate Hypotheses: Develop, validate, and iterate on product hypotheses aimed at improving user experience and financial metrics across the platform;
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests to validate product changes, analyzing results to derive actionable insights that will drive key growth and financial outcomes;
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess trends, and measure the impact of product improvements on the user journey and financial performance;
  • Optimization of Financial Metrics: Focus on optimizing the conversion funnel, improving user engagement, and increasing financial metrics such as transaction volume, revenue, and customer lifetime value through strategic product improvements;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and UX/UI to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of growth strategies;
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that growth initiatives are continuously refined for maximum impact.seamless and consistent workflow and communication.
