Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in SMM;
• Strong visual awareness, knowledge of current trends and tools in social media, and the ability to easily navigate and track content trends;
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a team;
• Readiness to work in accordance with the values and rules of the holding

Will be a plus:

• Higher education in marketing, journalism, communications, media, or related fields;
• Experience in personal branding, launching targeted advertising, and building sales funnels in social media;
• Language proficiency: English (B1 B2).

Soft skills:

• Creative thinking, idea generation, and an innovative approach to tasks;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and handle urgent tasks;
• High level of self-organization and the ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing aesthetically appealing content.

Responsibilities:

• Working with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram);
• Managing company media representatives’ pages on the mentioned platforms;
• Analyzing social media landing pages using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.);
• Developing, maintaining, and adhering to a commercial proposal (CP), achieving KPIs;
• Creating social media visuals, editing photos and videos;
• Managing task lists in Asana.
