Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field;
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish warm and genuine connections with individuals across all personality types and temperaments;
• Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that create an environment where everyone feels valued and understood;
• Proficiency in Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, Forms, and related platforms;
• A proactive mindset and the readiness to take on any task, whether a complex project or a minor operational need.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees in your area of responsibility, offering guidance on HR processes and ensuring that team members always have a go-to person for support.
• Cultivate a positive team experience by ensuring that every individual receives the necessary support to achieve outstanding results. This includes facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, and addressing team concerns.
• Provide leaders with strategic support, including actionable recommendations for managing and motivating their teams. Partner with managers to help them create a collaborative and results-driven team culture;
• Foster a strong sense of community within the PIN-UP team, building trusting relationships and promoting a collective sense of purpose;
• Plan and coordinate internal events that enhance team cohesion and celebrate shared achievements and milestones;
• Actively contribute to promoting PIN-UP’s internal and external employer brand, showcasing the qualities that make it a unique and desirable workplace.
