We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
• Competent written language skills in Russian, Ukrainian and English (basic level).
• Experience in technical support for at least 1 year.
• Understanding of SLO/SLA/SLI terms.
• Availability of a workplace with high quality internet connection.
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Grafana will be an advantage.
• Fast typing speed.
• Attentiveness and proactivity.
• A relaxed attitude towards the gambling/ betting industry as the project is related to this topic.
• Experience in writing documentation and requirements will be a plus.
• Experience in QA will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Identification and resolution of customer problems.
• Collection, recording and systematization of information on requests.
• Ensuring effective interaction with various internal departments of the company.
• Consulting clients on service issues.
• Collection and systematization of requirements to improve the functionality of the service.
• Ensuring service documentation is up to date and accurate
• Daily monitoring and testing to identify and analyze problem cases.
• Compilation and provision of necessary reports on the operation of the service.
• Development of a plan for automating routine service tasks.
• Creation of SLO proposals for service tasks.
• Collaboration with the development team.
