Requirements

• Experience in the position of Outreach Specialist (INT/CIS) from-1 year;
• Spoken and written English at least B1 (Intermediate) level;
• Understanding of the process of building outreach links;
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and processes;
• Understanding of basic donor selection criteria;
• Knowledge and experience with link exchanges;
• Experience in building a database of donor sites (INT/CIS);
• Basic understanding of HTML, robots.txt and meta tags;
• Experience with tools: Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SERanking;
• Knowledge and experience of using Google operators.

Will be plus

• Experience of working with a white niche;
• Understanding and experience in PR and SERM areas;
• Experience of working with contractors (freelance);
• Experience in outreach to France/ USA/ UK/ Cyprus/ Greece/ Canada/ Turkey/ Bangladesh/ India/ Brazil/ LATAM/ Ukraine/ Kazakhstan/ Azerbaijan/ Uzbekistan;
• Work with Jira and understanding of its workflow;
• Experience with tools for automating outreach processes (donor search, emailing webmasters, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analysing the market and strategies for the tasks set;
• Searching, forming, maintaining and updating the donor database by various GEOs and metrics;
• Analysis of websites for further link acquisition;
• Building high-quality outreach links and their control;
• Communication with webmasters;
• Creation/improvement of the terms of reference for writing texts by the content department and checking the finished texts;
• Reporting.
