About the role

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be crucial in fostering continuous improvement and professional development within our organization. This role involves designing and implementing effective training programs, managing learning resources, and ensuring our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your strategic thinking and collaborative approach will help drive learning initiatives that align with our business goals.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development in large organizations.
• Experience in preparing internal reports for HR Directors and other stakeholders.
• Experience in developing policies and procedures in the field of employee training and development.
• Experience in managing training requests from employees.
• Knowledge of the L&D services market and providers in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

Will be plus

• Experience working in IT, FinTech, or Gambling industries.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of policies and procedures for employee training and development.
• Administer the Learning and Development section within the corporate knowledge base.
• Manage incoming training requests from employees through Jira, including initial processing, finding solutions (internally or externally), and optimizing costs.
• Identify and select training service providers to meet internal client needs, conducting initial negotiations.
• Support internal training programs, including scheduling, inviting participants, and organizing workshops.
• Prepare reports on projects, team tasks, budget, and other relevant issues for the L&D and HR Director and other stakeholders.
