We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition passioned about recruitment to join our team.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years on the same role.
• Experience in mass hiring.
• Background in international recruitment.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is essential.
• Demonstrated track record in successfully recruiting and filling non-tech Middle/TOP and C-level positions.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and the ability to utilize them for performance evaluation.
• Collaborative team player with the flexibility to support the team across various tasks.
• Experience in developing recruitment policies and procedures.
• Exceptional work ethic with a sense of urgency.
• Experience in iGaming would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the workload of the recruitment team, ensuring effective task prioritization.
• Design and implement key metrics to assess the efficiency of recruitment practices.
• Ensure quality control across all recruitment activities and policies.
• Monitor adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and standards at all organizational levels.
• Develop programs to attract and select talent aligned with the organization’s business requirements.
• Analyze data from applicant tracking systems, post-interview, post-hire surveys, and other feedback channels to propose improvements.
• Provide ongoing training and share best practices with the recruitment team.
• Collaborate with Freelancers and Agencies to streamline recruitment processes.
• Stay informed about external developments that may impact the organization and propose solutions.
• Engage in various projects such as Internal Mobility, Internship programs, and process automation initiatives.
