About the role

You’ll be in charge of making sure everyone gets the right training by talking to different department heads, sorting out what we need, and making sure it happens smoothly. You’ll lead the team of trainers, help new folks settle in, and run engaging training sessions.

You’ll keep an eye on how effective our training is, gather feedback, and share what’s working and what needs tweaking with the bigwigs.

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • Proven experience in the development and delivery of business training programs for at least 5 years.
  • The experience of managing a team and resources of at least 2 years. The ability to plan and organize trainers’ work. Advanced leadership skills.
  • Advanced trainer skills, the experience of conducting various training courses, including Management and Train the Trainer topics.
  • Facilitation skills, the experience of moderating group discussions, meetings, brainstorming sessions.
  • Knowledge of the latest L&D trends, using the modern teaching methods, the ability to suggest optimal tools for the learning process automation and improvement.
  • The ability to analyze complex situations, find rational solutions, and constructively solve problems.
  • Advanced MS Office user.

Responsibilities

  • Effective interaction with department managers (training stakeholders), gathering and analyzing training needs.
  • Managing the development of training programs according to business needs, supervision of all courses.
  • Calendar and resource planning of all learning initiatives. Process automation;
  • Leading the team of business trainers, developing the team members, and onboarding newcomers.
  • Delivering onsite and online training sessions for various audiences, moderating strategic sessions.
  • Controlling that training is delivered according to the plan and quality standards.
  • Monitoring training effectiveness: collecting feedback from stakeholders and students, analyzing metrics, and working out conclusions to enhance educational programs and their impact on the business.
  • Preparing regular reports for management on the training plan execution, training results, and providing recommendations for improvement.
