Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an SEO TL
• Experience in managing a team of 8+ people
• Successful SEO cases in the iGaming niche
• Work experience in competitive Western GEOs
• Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Strong understanding of the technical component of website functionality
• Deep understanding of technical SEO (crawling, indexing, structured data, content optimization, interlinking, etc.)
• Full understanding of the link building process, own experience with different types of links
• Proficiency in process automation tools
• Strong analytical, reporting and prioritization skills
• English B1+

• Management of a team of SEO specialists
• Development and implementation of team-based website promotion strategies

• Scaling successful cases
• Improving team expertise, creating PDP, conducting Performance Review
