Requirements:
• Gambling experience is mandatory;
• Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
• Knowledge of the basic mechanics of actions and tournaments;
• Ability to calculate the economy of a share, bonus, tournament;
• Experience with client segmentation;
• Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: LTV, ARPU, RR, CR, GGR, NGR, etc.;
• Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
• Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio;
• Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods, as well as own product;
• Analytical mindset;
• Creativity.
Responsibilities:
• Monthly planning and compilation of marketing activities;
• Organization of promotions, raffles, and other activities to retain and return the player;
• Calculation of predictions, analytics of held actions;
• Creation and registration of mechanics of new shares, compilation of technical specifications for developers (product and marketing admin);
• Ensuring regular communication with the player via SMS, email, messengers, push, and social networks;
• Setting up trigger chains;
• Communication with the team to develop a general strategy;
• Management of expenditure planning and reporting;
• Analysis of the market and competitors;
• Setting tasks for the employees of their department.
Will be plus:
• Knowledge of the main providers and manufacturers of games and slots;
• Understanding the coefficients in rates, and how they are calculated;
• Possession of information about the types of sports that constantly appear in the lines (names of teams, clubs, top athletes).
