About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Senior Graphic Designer. With a minimum of 5 years of expertise in the field, the ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and managing the brand identity of our company. This involves creating logos, styles, and various branding elements that align with our vision and resonate with our target audience.

Requirements

• Experience in the role of Senior Graphic Designer for at least 5 years.
• Deep knowledge in the field of branding and experience in developing identity.
• Experience in designing various printed materials.
• Experience in working with social media, including creating visual content for SMM campaigns.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in urgent conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Branding:

• Development and management of company brand identities.
• Creation of logos, styles, and branding elements.
• Working on concepts and design for product packaging.

Printed Material Design:

• Design development for various print materials and outdoor advertising.
• Keeping track of the latest trends in printed material design and implementing them.

SMM:

• Developing creative content for social media (graphics, animation, and other visual elements).
• Creating and managing visual content for social media campaigns. — Collaborating with the SMM team to ensure unity in visual style and branding across social media platforms.

Creativity and Innovation:

• Continuous research and integration of new techniques and technologies in graphic design.
• Generating original and unique concepts for projects.

Project Management:

• Coordinating with the marketing team and other departments to achieve common goals.
• Adhering to project deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
