Responsibilities:
• Market analysis and comparison, identifying customer satisfaction;
• Development of product development strategy and budget planning;
• Product life cycle management — from creation to operational results;
• Organizing the introduction of new products and analyzing the results;
• Interaction with various departments of the company (marketing, technical support, finance, etc.);
• Development of a marketing strategy for online gambling brands: attraction, retention, brand awareness, attracting players, creating and setting up a bonus system;
• Search and negotiate with potential new suppliers to meet the needs of casino customers and provide a full range of products;
• Introducing new features and changes that will help increase revenue and improve the player experience.
Requirements:
• Experience in the online-casino or gaming industry as a Product Manager for at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of the main trends and technologies in the field of online-casino;
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies;
• Experience with analytical tools and understanding of product performance metrics;
• Successful experience in launching new products from scratch
• Experience in managing large cross-functional product teams (5 or more people)
• Practical experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle.
