Ecosystem companies introduce innovative technologies, non-standard solutions for the development and scaling of products and services.

We are looking for a professional VoIP Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:
• At least 1 years of background working with Asterisk:
• Dial-Plan coding;
• SIP/PJSIP configuration;
• Knowledge of the SIP, RTP/SRTP, STUN, ICE, and WebRTC protocols;
• Understanding of the SIP protocol, purpose, and sequence of packets, and ability to debug it;
• Experience working with Linux systems (CentOS/Debian);
• Understanding of network features, such as NAT & Firewalls;

Will be plus:
• Experience with Bash/Python/PHP/Perl scripting;
• Querying MySQL database;
• Experience with AMI/ARI integration;

Responsibilities:
• Solution and prevention of malfunctions in IP telephony;
• Handling appeals and solving problems of IP telephony users;
• Connection of trunks, SIP numbers, modification of the dial plan;
• VoIP platform administration (Asterisk);
• Monitoring of communication systems and VoIP services.
