Requirements:

• Understanding of the Affiliate Marketing field and having a good reputation;
• Understanding the potential reasons for the failure and success of the CPA Network;
• Knowledge of all traffic sources and the intricacies of working with them;
• Ability to write clear technical specifications;
• Negotiation skills;
• Management of a team of at least 7 people;
• Ability to develop clear KPIs;
• Experience in the Head of Affiliate role from 1 year;
• Experience in building an affiliate network will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a team for the CPA Network, with a clear pool of responsibilities for each employee;
• Management and training a team of affiliate managers;
• Development and implementation of strategies and approaches for improving the efficiency of working with partners;
• Development of brand positioning;
• Determining the strengths of the CPA Network, which will be the main argument for partners when persuading them to work with the network and not with the product directly;
• Development of clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regular tracking of progress;
• Developing strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential;
• Monitoring the quality of traffic that goes to partner offers and optimizing it;
• Participation in determining the necessary functionality for the platform to increase competitive advantage;
• Participation in relevant conferences and company presentation.
