Requirements:
• Excellent abilities in team organization, analytics and communications;
• Ability to prioritize and manage resources;
• Knowledge of iGaming industry metrics and ability to work with them;
• Ability to predict trends and adapt them into a product;
• Knowledge of English B1+;
• Ability to decompose a global strategy into departmental tasks;
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.

Responsibilities:
• Product audit in a Brazil geo;
• Development of a retention strategy taking into account the client’s needs;
• Development of a product development strategy taking into account local characteristics;
• Determination of key metrics for the funnel (site loading speed / required flow);
• Optimization of product performance with the help of your team and interaction with core teams;
• Preparation of the region in accordance with the drawn up requirements for mass advertising campaigns;
• Comprehensive analysis of the market, competitors and needs of the target audience;
• Determination of growth points for the region;
• Checking the funnel from an ad click to the first bid;
• Analytics of payment methods in the region, control of the funnel of connected payment methods;
• Prioritization of tasks within the regional team;
• Control of channels for attracting players and their effectiveness;
• Determination of growth points in the region and implementation;
• Evaluation of performers’ work.
