PIN-UP.TECH is one of the directions of the international ecosystem PIN-UP Global, which operates in six countries — Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Peru, and Armenia. PIN-UP.TECH is the foundation of today’s international ecosystem of PIN-UP Global, the main products of PIN-UP.TECH are platforms for Ukraine and Kazakhstan. PIN-UP Global is an ecosystem of independent companies involved in the life cycle of various entertainment products. Ecosystem companies introduce innovative technologies, non-standard solutions for the development and scaling of products and services.

We are looking for a highly professional proactive Head of Technology — to create, maintain and evolve the platform for gambling operations, who is passionate about driving technical initiatives and innovations for the platform and the tooling area.

Requirements:

• Head or Engineering Manager/Head of IT experience — is a must! (team of 30+ members)
• 8+ years in Engineering (hands on coding experience will be a great privilege)
• Proactive, Initiative, responsible, business-oriented, solid communication skills
• Speak English and Ukrainian/Russian
  
  Will be a plus:
• Experience in C-level position — CTO or similar
• Knowledge of Go or Python will be a plus
• Experience in iGaming
  

Responsibilities:

• Driving technical and technological initiatives and innovations for the platform and the tooling area.
• Strategic and tactical planning for the platform and tooling products and projects development and evolving.
• Overseeing, planning and developing resources and structures used for the platform and tooling products and projects.
• Managing and evolving technical processes, flaws and instruments needed for effective operating of the platform and the tooling teams.
• Being on the cutting edge of technological innovations, the needs of the market and the company’s specifics, and providing technical solutions for existing and future projects.
• Mentoring, training and leading technical and engineering teams towards technical expertise and excellence.
• Leading and supporting technical and engineering teams in planned projects and technical innovations implementation.
• Representing the technical teams to the business and the business to the technical teams as an effective information and communication bridge.
• Conducting technical recruiting interviews for candidates for Tech/Team Lead, Engineering Manager/Head positions.
