Responsibilities:
• A full cycle of preparing merchandise for events, company stands for international exhibitions in the field of iGaming (conferences, exhibitions, etc.);
• Creation and planning of production by the requirements and tasks (conferences, exhibitions, meetups, image parties, etc.);
• Developing a concept for new merchandise, and presenting ideas to the team;
• Maintaining a database of contractors, creating briefs, and agreeing on the terms of interaction with contractors;
• Merch logistics around the world;
• Control of the availability of finished products, shipment, and dispatch to events;
• Preparation of budgets and estimates, monitoring compliance;
• Monitoring and analysis of the market, novelties, trends in the sphere, and proposal of new concepts based on them;
• Collection and processing of artifacts based on the event’s results (“work on the bugs”).
Requirements:
• Experience as a Project/Production Manager for 3+ years;
• An experienced PC user, the basics of working in Microsoft Office (tables, texts,
presentations) — required;
• Good project management and communication skills;
• Experience in the production of merch, decorations, stands in different GEO and in a short time;
• Perfect knowledge of materials, methods of application, and technical requirements;
• Knowledge of new products and market trends;
• The presence of successful cases with different budgets;
• Understanding the principles of teamwork;
• Interaction with contractors, providing feedback;
• Experience in managing logistics of merch and decorations around the world;
• Readiness for frequent business trips/flights;
• Portfolio.
Will be plus:
• Experience working with corporate merchandise, and swag products;
• Experience working with large events, and shows;
• The ability to work in different graphic design programs will be a plus (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
