Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in product management and operations in IT;
- Experience in product process management (idea-implementation);
- Experience in gambling (Casino, Live games);
- Understanding of game theory and knowledge of mathematical logic;
- Experience in gamdev field — casino, with experience in game monetization would be a plus;
- Understanding of product hypothesis validation process;
- Ability to analyze key product metrics;
- Experience in conducting AB tests;
- Experience communicating with product users;
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis.
- Experience organizing business analysis at the beginning of a project;
- Experience modeling and analyzing business processes and prototyping systems and user interface;
- Analytical and critical thinking;
- Experience in coordinating tasks between different development teams;
- Basic understanding of product metrics (it will be a plus if you know how to work with tools such as Google Analytics).
Responsibilities:
- Task setting/prioritization and follow-up;
- Finding product growth points: Forming and validating product hypotheses;
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research;
- Analyzing user behavior and data research;
- Identifying key product metrics, reporting and forecasting;
- Qualitative improvement of customer journey in the product (acquisition and retention);
- Building and monitoring funnels. Finding points of failure;
- Together with BA, formulation of product requirements, development of technical specifications (refinement of existing products, introduction of new features, etc.);
- Analyzing the effectiveness of implemented changes in software products;
- Monitoring and analyzing competitors’ products;
- Organization and participation in product testing.
