SMM Moderator (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a SMM Moderator who will moderate our social networks (comments, direct) and communicate with the audience

Requirements:

• Experience in working in a similar position (support, moderation, etc.);
• Expertise in football (knowledge of major leagues, tournaments, teams,players, events, etc.);
• Ability to quickly process large amounts of information;
• High emotional intelligence;
• Literacy.

Will be plus:

• Experience in SMM;
• Awareness of the repertoire of Potap and Nastya Kamenskih;
• Knowledge of gambling and betting (mechanisms, slang, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Moderation of social networks (comments, direct);
• Communication with the audience: processing requests, negatives, positives,informing;
• Performing audience segmentation tasks (task from SMM manager);
• Communication with other departments of the company;
• Providing technical conditions for the performance of work (operation ofservices, tools necessary for work);
• Reporting.
