Responsibilities:
• Attraction of new partners;
• Technical integration with the partners (setting up links, posting backups, etc.);
• Working with the traffic, the data statistics, payback analytics;
• Creation and realization of the new ideas about attraction of webmasters;
• Active participation in specialized conferences;
• Financial control — conducted by paying partners for the results of the event;
• Accounting.

Job specific skills / We require:
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in gambling/betting verticals;
• Understanding of the basic metrics: ARPU, ePC, RevShare, CPA, CPM, CPI, etc.
• Experience in purchasing mobile traffic is required;
• Proficiency with tools such as Appsflyer, Affise, Binom, Keitaro, Tableau;
• Expert understanding of traffic sources such as FB, UAC, In-App, PPC, SEO, ASO;
• Expert understanding of user engagement funnels and optimization process;
• Proactivity and the ability to close turnkey tasks;
• New partners engagement at the conferences;
• English В2 is required.
