Requirements
— 1+ year of successful experience in a similar position — preferably in the iGaming industry
— Skills in building and managing a team of 3 or more people
— Understanding of the features and full cycle of work with Google accounts
— Ability to efficiently and qualitatively generate from 500 ready-to-launch Google Ads accounts per month
— Ability to work with anti-detection browsers (Octo/Indigo/Linked Sphere, or analogs), proxies, payment services, SMS services, etc.
— Having your own database of Google accounts/consumables will be a plus
— English — Intermediate level and above (ability to competently communicate with sellers in English)

— Experience with farming accounts from other sources — Yandex, Bing, Yahoo, etc.
— Having your own base of Farmers
— Own base of account suppliers and consumables
— Ready Instructions and Business Processes for the Farming Department

Responsibilities
— Recruiting Farmers (with the help of the HR department)
— Onboarding of new Farmers
— Testing different Suppliers of accounts and consumables
— Testing different ways of accounts farming
— Creating, farming, and developing Gmail and Google Ads accounts
— Linking consumables to Google Ads accounts
— Issuance of ready-to-use Google Ads Accounts to Media Buyers
— Communication and negotiations with representatives of Agencies and — — Suppliers of accounts and consumables
— Analyzing and checking the Quality of Google Ads Accounts, replacing invalid advertising accounts with suppliers
— Keeping records of existing advertising accounts, consumables, and their current statuses
— Planning the amount of budgets and resources required to effectively achieve the Goals.
