Requirements:

• International experience;
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills;
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
• Advanced user of recruiting technologies (Google
• Strong presentation and communication skills (ability to conduct negotiations with customers);
• Ready for quickly changing environment;
• Fluency in English languages;
• Open for frequent business trips.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process). You will work on
• Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs using active recruitment methods;
• Source passive and active candidates via various sources in globe;
• Create / update attractive job descriptions (together with hiring managers);
• Work with recruitment tools (Jira, etc);
• Continuously work on brand awareness.
