Requirements:
• Speaking English;
• Experience in betting or gambling industry;
• Significant experience in brand management (influencers, sponsorship, social media, media planning, media relations);
• Considerable experience in performance marketing (affiliate, media buying, programmatic);
• Experience in conducting qualitative, quantitative, and complex research;
• Impressive analytical skills and ability to express good judgment based on a sound understanding of metrics & data;
• Experience in managing a marketing budget with a critical focus on ROI;
• Experience in managing a team and being able to delegate and mentor effectively.
Will be plus:
• Experience working in UZ TR region/ KZ AZ region/ CIS region/ IN region.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a region-specific marketing plan;
• Define and implement a communication strategy in the region;
• Identify, evaluate, and realize opportunities for partnership, sponsorship, brand activation, and local advertising;
• Lead the media planning across all core brand channels;
• Assume responsibility for the marketing budget, including reporting, reconciliation, and day-to-day finance tasks;
• Research the market, industry trends, competition, and brand customers;
• Ensure compliance with the need of the target audience, market trends, and global guidelines;
• Regular reporting (performance KPIs, media delivery/optimization, brand tracking).
