We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people in IT department while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish job ads in various websites, using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends;
• Screen resumes and job applications;
• Conducting phone calls and online interviews for a wide range of IT roles (junior,mid — level, and senior) to create a shortlist of qualified candidates;
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Your Superpowers:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,

• Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Team spirit and good self — time planner;
