As as company we took this into account and made our research — as we do that for every message that is left for us.

The candidate whose name is Anton Makarenko willingly by himself applied to the role of ML/AI engineer.

Why is it important?
He was not headhunted and nobody offered him this position — it was his choose to start communication and to start the interview process.

After the recruiter communicated to him he agreed on coming to the interview and continued communication.

At the day of the interview he ignored the regular process of communication, calling it strange — that can be find very subjective- each one of us is with different beliefs, views and emotions.

The reason why this candidate decided not to communicate further was because of the comments that he had seen here — even though he applied himself exactly on this platform and it didn’t stop him to start the process.

After it recruiter invited him to the interview again to take an opportunity to check everything himself — if the comments are true or not — yet he declined it again.

After that recruiter wished him the best of luck in the most positive way. To sum up — recruiter can have their own beliefs and can act if they see inappropriate or strange behaving towards themselves.
