We are looking for someone who will attract cool projects and cool partners!

✅ Essential Skills:

— Experience in similar positions

— Experience with UpWork/Linkedin or other IT sales channels

— Understanding of the IT industry, outsourcing and outstaffing models

— Knowledge of written English at least Upper-Intermediate level

— High communication skills

— Aptitude for analytical work

✅ Tasks:

— Forming a customer acquisition strategy

— Searching for potential clients on specific sites, according to the methodology already in place

— Researching new channels

— Systematic maintenance of the CRM system

— Interacting with the marketing team to find the best solutions
