👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Guiding and mentoring recruiters—setting clear hiring targets and priorities

✔️ Reviewing, interviewing, evaluating, and allocating candidates to client teams

✔️ Presenting top talent to Team Leads, Captains, CSMs, and Clients

✔️ Conducting quality checks on recruiter performance and hiring stages

✔️ Escalating issues when targets aren’t met or bottlenecks arise

✔️ Holding 1-on-1 sessions with recruiters to support their growth and resolve roadblocks

✔️ Acting as the link between Talent Acquisition and Customer Success leadership
