Position: HR People Partner

As a trusted advisor, the HR People Partner (HRPP) serves as the first point of contact for our people regarding HR-related matters. HRPP is a credible professional who partners with our leaders, offering thought leadership in executing various people initiatives and providing practical solutions to organizational challenges. Our HRPP adds value by increasing engagement and promoting a strong and inclusive corporate culture, making Pharmbills the best workplace.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong command of English (upper-intermediate/B2 level). Fluency in Ukrainian.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HRPP, Head of HR, or HRBP.
• Experience with HR analysis and metrics tools.
• Experience in structuring HR processes and policies.
• Experience in implementing large-scale HR and change initiatives and projects.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience in an international environment within a complex matrix organization or IT company is an advantage.
• Organizational skills: Establishes correct processes and procedures to achieve business objectives.
• Attention to detail: Works with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.
• Analytical skills: Builds a logical approach to addressing issues and opportunities.
• Stress tolerance: Functions well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
• Emotional Intelligence: Has a keen awareness of self and others and manages conflict and interpersonal issues effectively.
• Tech-savvy: Ability to quickly learn new technologies, e.g., proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
