Responsibilities:

As a Billing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the team by performing the following tasks:

• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure data accuracy.
• Resolve billing disputes promptly and professionally.
• Generate and send payment documents to vendors.
• Follow up with vendors to address overdue payments and inquiries.
• Conduct phone-based communication with vendors.
• Monitor customer accounts for delinquent payments and take appropriate actions to ensure prompt and full payment.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management for review.
• Maintain customer accounts in the accounting system, ensuring data integrity.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment matters.
• Assist in month-end closing activities to support the financial team.

Requirements:
