Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team as an Entry-Level Data Researcher. In this role, you will assist our Head of Lead Generation by conducting research and entering data to support the implementation of AI initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn and develop new skills. No prior experience in data research or lead generation is required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Data Entry: Accurately input contact and company information into our databases.
• Social Media Research: Utilize business social media platforms like LinkedIn and Xing to identify new contacts.
• Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Data Verification: Cross-check information against various sources to confirm its validity.
• List Management: Regularly maintain and update lists of contacts and companies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the lead generation team to support departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in handling and verifying data.
• Motivation: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Proficiency: English proficiency at a B1 level or higher (CEFR).
• Routine Task Tolerance: Comfortable performing repetitive tasks consistently and with a positive attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS365 and Google Workspace. Familiarity with writing prompts for AI tools like GPTs is a plus.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior experience in lead generation or data research required.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
