Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will support various administrative, operational, and financial tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our customer success department. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring:

  • Prepare and distribute monthly and weekly hiring reports.
  • Track open positions and manage candidate pipelines.

Operations:

  • Manage and correct entries in clock-in systems and HR CRM.
  • Handle IT Jira requests and follow up on their resolution.
  • Ensure all systems and records are up to date and accurate.

Finance:

  • Transfer data related to bonuses, raises, and additions to finance reports.
  • Coordinate the transfer of financial data from other systems.
  • Approve corrections in collaboration with team managers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role in Customer Success, Client Support or HR.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written English (B1+ level).
  • Upper-intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Fingercheck) and CRM tools (e.g., SalesForce) is a plus.
