Duties and Responsibilities

• Client Account Management: Interact with insurance companies, addressing inquiries and updating patient accounts.
• Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial and insurance data.
• Policy Verification: Validate patient insurance coverage details and document transactions.
• Billing and Payment Tracking: Process and monitor payments, ensuring accurate records.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare requested reports for internal and client review.
• Compliance: Uphold data security and adhere to confidentiality standards.
• Internal Support: Address system tickets and assist in problem resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Prior accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Reporting: Experience with P&L and other financial reports
• Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Fluent in English (B2 or higher), with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proactive and Flexible: Ability to adapt to different scenarios and work independently.
