We are growing and hiring new members for the position of Technical Support Specialist. You’re welcome to work remotely. However, we have offices supplied with power generators and internet in Kyiv, Odesa and Vinnytsia. As a part of the American team, you’ll work according to the New York (EST) time zone.
Tasks of Technical Support Specialist:
— Solve technical problems and customer requests
— Communicate with clients by phone
— Process incoming messages from various internal sources (automated task creation systems, e-mails, messengers)
— Analyze incoming problems and determine the correct way to solve them
— Send incoming tasks to appropriate specialists within your team and other teams
— Accompany the execution of tasks
— If necessary, collect additional information to perform the task
— Keep a history of tasks assigned
— Keep records in the calendar and time-counting system
Our requirements for the candidate:
— Oral and written English language skills B2+
— General understanding of computer architecture and network technologies
— Basic knowledge of the Windows server environment
— Understanding the technology of providing services through Cloud services
— Ability to recognize sources of problems and errors in documentation
— Freely master and navigate simultaneously in different systems and interfaces
— Be attentive to details
— Have strong organizational skills
— Be able to work in conditions of multitasking
