About the Role:

As Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in creating and delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences for our entire workforce. You will partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs, design and implement learning programs, and measure the effectiveness of your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and talent management strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize learning needs through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and market research.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs that use various modalities (e.g., instructor-led training, eLearning, mentorship, coaching).
  • Manage external educational projects on time and within the budget.
  • Source and manage external vendors to deliver specialized training programs as needed.
  • Implement learning technologies to support online and blended learning experiences.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure learning programs are relevant and meet the needs of their teams.
  • Develop and coach the Learning and Development team members.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of learning programs on individual and organizational performance.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles within Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective learning programs.
  • Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
