Pharmbills is an American outstaffing company headquartered in the US. We have been working for more than 7 years and have more than 550+ talented people already on our team. Our specialists are in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, Czechia, and Romania.
Due to the company’s continuous growth and development, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will work closely with our marketing team and management, the specialist will be a key person who will be helping us to bring to life our internal and external projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize, create, and deliver graphic designs that support internal and external marketing and communications goals, including graphics for emails, websites, landings, templates, illustrations, icons, and other elements that support content goals;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Key Stakeholders, and other creatives to define requirements and develop graphic design deliverables;
- Work within existing brand guidelines and create unique variations on the brand as needed to support goals;
- Apply business objectives into concepts creating flows, wireframes, and mockups of intuitive user experiences;
- Define, create, and improve the tools and processes that accelerate workflows for other designers and developers;
- Translate mockups into reusable components within a Figma design system;
- Prototype and iterate designs to connect and optimize user flows.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience at least 2 years or more in Product Design;
- Experience in B2B / B2C;
- Experience in all stages of the design process, from UX research to the creation of design systems;
- The ability to present, explain and defend design decisions;
- Expertise in creating a design for web and mobile products;
- A portfolio with UX/UI best practices;
- Mastery of visual design and sensitive perception of typography, color, layout;
- Understanding of modern design methodologies: design thinking, human-centered design, data-driven design;
- Experience with design and prototyping tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.;
- Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above;
- Ability to give and accept constructive criticism / to adequately present and defend your work in front of the internal team/client team;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
It will be a plus:
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS:
- Experience as a Team Lead;
- Experience with Webflow or other constructors.
