Working behind the scenes to support our Pharmbills Academy is our Educational Project Administrator. EPA takes ownership of the administrative aspects of the Academy. Diligent, organized, and thorough, our EPA is responsible for data entry, ensuring accurate candidate records in our CRM. With professionalism and great communication, EPA balances the students’ experience.
The role is based out of Ukraine, with the potential to combine in-office time with working from home. We align our working hours with the time zones of our American clients.
What you’ll need
- Good communication skills.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel and Google Drive/One Drive.
- English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Willingness to learn.
What you’ll do
- Preparation of the curriculum for the quarter.
- Time management, scheduling, and planning the classes and students’ interviews.
- Communication with the students and trainers.
- Signing and drafting of contracts (NDA, SA, SOW).
- Work in CRM.
- Business mailing.
- Interviews with the students and summary up
