We create teams for USA companies and help them with customer support, finances, documents, and IT support.

Today we got more than 570+ team members in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Czechia, Romania. We are always looking for a team of those who speak English at a level from Upper-Intermediate and above (B2, C1, C2, ∞).

Our Client Success Managers CSMs guide and manage our Representative teams to perform at their best. CSMs are also there to strategically partner with our clients. They work closely with the Company’s leadership to shape the business strategy, maximize revenue, influence growth, and inspire change.

What you’ll need

✔️ 2+ years’ experience in client-facing B2B / account management / international sales roles.

✔️ 3+ years experience in team leadership/performance management roles.

✔️ University degree in a relevant subject.

✔️ Fluency in English and Ukrainian/Russian.

✔️ Interview skills and project management skills will be an advantage.
