I joined Petrosoft 2 month ago. My position is new since the company is growing and the need appeared. Therefore I have quite a lot of freedom to set up structures in my area — that requires creativity and structure at the same time. I like the challenge, learning from other practicies, setting up my own vision. Integration was smooth and fast — HR team did great job — from the very first day I felt the support. Amazing e-learning platform — everything is there to make it efficient. The best part — mix of operations and strategic part, work remotely, paid accordingly.
The most challenging part in my job is basically managing changes in company travel plans — happens too often.
My direct management is open-minded and caring — never felt left alone to deal with difficulties. Feels like my team is bonded a lot despite short time.
