In Perpetio, we are looking for a Sales Development Rep/Lead Generation Specialist, who will be the first point of contact with our potential customers and will help drive sales activities and accelerate our growth. You will source, prospect, and qualify potential customers for the Sales Team, build trust and rapport with them that result in qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for determining IBPs/ICPs, and can rapidly qualify, convert, and schedule appointments with potential customers.
The primary responsibility is to conduct market research, leads sourcing, and prospecting to set up demo calls for Sales Team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
— Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve common goals;
— Lead generation (according to the company’s ICP and IBP criteria);
— Schedule discovery business/demo calls with potential customers;
— Develop B2B messaging for outreach campaigns and automate send-outs (email, LinkedIn);
— Upwork, Fiverr lead generation
— Brainstorm and work on new outbound sales strategies and channels for getting new clients;
— Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database;
— Sales Team ad hoc tasks assistance.
— 1,5+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development roles;
— Upper-intermediate level of English;
— Result oriented, self-organized, and able to take ownership of your work;
— Easy-going and communicative person;
— High level of responsibility and proactivity.
Would be a plus:
— CRM (Hubspot) and outreach systems experience (Reply.io, LI Sales Navigator);
— B2B sales experience in the IT sphere;
