Job Requirements:
— 2+ years of commercial experience in SDR, pre-sales, sales, outreach specialist, or similar positions in the IT industry;
— a good understanding of the outsource/outstaff business model;
— a profound understanding of SDLC;
— experience with conducting demos, presentations, and selling products or projects;
— deep understanding of Upwork setup;
— strong business communication and negotiation skills;
— at least Upper-Intermediate level of English both spoken and written;
— proactive, self-driven, result-oriented personality with an open mindset;
— previous professional background in QA, PM or BA positions will be a plus!
Responsibilities:
— Pick up qualified leads from the lead generation team, maintain high-quality correspondence, follow-ups ensuring timely responses through the Upwork platform till the contract closure stage;
— requirements gathering and clarification, including tight cooperation with other departments (delivery, recruitment, BA);
— convert potential customers into demos, intro calls preparation and participation with a delivery team;
— proposal preparation along with a contract closer;
— Managing the process of a case study preparation and processing;
— Maintain up-to-date records in our Hubspot CRM;
— Track and report on KPIs.
