Perfsol team is looking for a Junior Lead Generation Manager to start your journey or to improve your skills in the IT industry by working with the Upwork platform. If you are a patient, motivated person and a communication wizard — you will be interested in developing with us.
— Ability to work with Excel tables (Google spreadsheets);
— English at the level B1-B2 level;
— Basic knowledge of IT technologies (frontend, backend technologies etc.) and the sales industry.
— Good writing and communication skills in order to build long-term relationships. Ability to manage communication with clients in the most effective way possible;
— Willingness to grow in the sales industry;
— Good PC user (ability to structure information in docs/files online, find information on Google);
— Great organizational skills;
— Motivation to negotiate and sell to customers’ needs.
— Working with a freelance platform — Upwork;
— Weekly communication with CTO&CEO;
— Scheduling calls with potential clients and entering data into the calendar;
— Regular refill, monitoring of sales results, and creation of appropriate reporting accompanied by recommendations and analysis.
