We are looking for a highly creative and energetic marketing professional with extensive experience in the field. We see Recruitment Marketing Specialist as a great opportunity to become a key player in the process of boosting job satisfaction by encouraging candidates to find more about the right positions at Perfectial where their expectations will be met. Our ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of recruiting business processes as well as strong knowledge of branding and marketing principles.   • 4+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment marketing
  • Proven track of record in building, managing and optimizing large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns
  • Good expertise in email and digital marketing
  • Deep analytical abilities, specifically concerning campaign performance and experiment design and analysis
  • Understanding of IT talent market
  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English


  • Utilizing employer brand identity to articulate differentiated employment positioning
  • Planning and implementing a set of recruiting advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Evaluating channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop a compelling marketing mix to achieve business goals; tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign results
  • Generating employee referrals
  • Managing recruitment marketing operations and technology
  • Managing the Company’s image at job portals
  • Empowering recruiters on how to tell our story effectively to attract and nurture candidates
  • Initiate various events aimed at attracting talent
  • Working to improve the candidate journey continuously.
