-) ~10 years of software engineer experience
-) Expert knowledge of Node.JS
-) Good understanding of infrastructure matters (specifically AWS)
-) Experience of working in a number of areas (web applications, mobile apps with ‘heavy’ back-end logic etc.)
-) ‘Consultative’ mindset within different technologies

People side
-) ~4-5 years of management experience
-) Fluent in English and in communication skills (able to effectively collaborate with client representatives (mainly UK))
-) Proven track record of successful work in distributed/remote teams

-) Blockchain acumen
-) Crypto acumen
-) ICP, CSM, CSPO certification or equivalent
-) Experience with financial, asset management domains
